About the Event
Ganpati is coming home. This time, your child makes him with their hands.
Think back to your own Chaturthi mornings. Clay under your fingernails. The house smelling of flowers and camphor. Your dadi or your ajji telling the story of how Bappa got his elephant head, again, and you listening anyway. The aarti at the same time every evening, everyone slightly off-key.
Our kids here know Ganpati from a photo on the wall and a video call. We can do better! On Sunday 13 September, the day before Ganesh Chaturthi, we are handing them the clay and a unforgettable cultural experience.
