My journey into the heart of Australian finance began over a decade ago. During my tenure at major institutions like National Australia Bank (NAB) and ANZ, I didn’t just hold a seat—I mastered the full lifecycle of a deal.

I’ve stood in the shoes of a Business Banker and Relationship Manager, learning the nuances of client needs and the pulse of local industries. But I also went behind the curtain as a Commercial and Asset Credit Assessor. In that role, I learned exactly how banks think, how they mitigate risk, and—most importantly—how to present a file to ensure a "Yes."

I saw a gap in the industry: brilliant business owners held back by a rigid, "one-size-fits-all" system. They didn't need another broker; they needed a strategist who had been on both sides of the lending desk.

That was the spark for Probiz Finance
