For Seema and Vikas, NRICH Learning is built on a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves quality education, personal attention, and the confidence to realise their full potential. NRICH’s mission and philosophy emphasise nurturing both intelligence and creativity, while helping students become engaged, confident, and motivated learners.

At the heart of this journey is Seema Bharti, who NRICH describes as the “heart and soul” of the organisation. With more than 25 years of teaching experience across India, the United States, and Australia, she built NRICH Learning after recognising that many tutoring options were either too expensive or did not provide enough personalised attention for children. She founded NRICH Learning in 2018, beginning with Mathematics coaching and later expanding into English and a broader range of academic programs with the help of other passionate educators.
